At Naked & Famous Denim, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the denim remains in its original raw or rinsed condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring that the denim is folded neatly to prevent permanent creasing.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
