What is raw denim and how should I care for it?
Raw denim is unwashed fabric that conforms to your body over time. We recommend wearing your jeans for as long as possible before the first wash to create unique fades. When cleaning, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and hang to dry.
How do I choose the correct size?
Raw denim does not have the same stretch as mass-market jeans. We provide detailed measurement charts for every fit. We recommend measuring a pair of jeans you currently own and comparing those dimensions to our size guide.
Do you offer hemming services?
Yes, we offer professional chainstitch hemming on all our denim using vintage Union Special machines. Please note that once a pair of jeans is hemmed, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 21 days of purchase. Please ensure the denim is in original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
